I'm an owner and manager of a business that employs staff and I certainly would never treat them with the distain that Diane did of her staff, especially what she did to Ronnie with the disappearing mascara. I used to live in San Diego and saw Dianne's face in magazines. She was beautiful then and she still is. I think it's sad how people attack her just for trying to keep looking youthful. Honestly, After seeing the few things that do happen at the office it's obvious you believe yourself to be the "Strong buisness woman." Fact of the matter is that all employeess under the manager or supervisor are the ones doing the job. You talk about all the "gifts" of incentive you give everyone for working for you. Wake up honey, you need to give the gift of recognition and not steal peoples ideas. You said you work as a team, no sweetie you stole her idea and gave her no credit. All of them worked hard on your parties but you never gave them any recognition on a job well done. You need to be very generous (compliments, recognition of their great ideas and nice gifts with your next assistant, if you can find one. The only reason your rich is because you had a rich hubby. Please go to business school before trying to be somebody your not, a business women. Oh and quit getting all that surgery/injections you are looking plastic. Stop and realize that you are a beautiful women who should quit that stuff now.

While Natasha was unprofessional and sometimes insubordinate, YOU, my dear Dianne, are completely out of your league as a manager of business. You are the back stabbing liar with no sense of team work nor any ability to manage people. I watched the show just to marvel at the complete fakeness of you and Shannyn. You really need to stop with the procedures. You have had so much work done you can't even move your mouth to speak correctly without sounding stoned,

Your face is so gross. I mean I cant watch your show anymore because I get nightmares of your face. Its so puffy and looks kind of deformed and demonic. You should really lay off. If Dr Lee is the one doing your face I will make sure not to visit that medical spa. If I ever do decide to get something done I will bring a picture of you and beg them to make sure they DO NOT make me look like you. Get in touch with reality and stop messing with your face. Do you want to permanently look like you are having a constant allergic reaction? Please stop. Its awful. If I were you I would hide from people. I am afraid it may be too late though. I think you did the right thing. I'm surprised Natasha lasted that long. She had a terrible attitude! You can't be too nice or too personal with employees or they will walk all over you.
