I was forced to watch this show, as my girlfriend found it funny. All I can say is ugh, just, ugh. I can't think of one redeeming quality possessed by this person. I can see her filing a lawsuit if Diane's behavior created a hostile working environment for Natasha, but Natasha did contribute to the environment as well and the suit would be thrown out the window. While we as the viewing audience are not privy to everything that occurred at your business, I would think that the many inappropriate and unprofessional comments/actions made by you that we did happen to see would be enough to warrant a defamation of character lawsuit against you by Natasha. Please feel free to watch the program again and count the number of times you actually engaged in inappropriate banter with your employees. If you have an employee who is behaving unprofessionally, there is an expectation that you will remain 'above the situation' and deal with that employee in a professional way. To think that you have license to respond in the same unprofessional manner is foolhardy at best. Also, please understand that quality managers do not A) have to remind their employees how great a manager they are, B) intentionally sabotage their employees by hiding product or otherwise in the trunk of their car or C) write their business address on a sheet of spiraled notebook paper in lieu of a business card. I watched this show with my wife because it seemed an interesting storyline for a reality program. You need to grow a pair and speak to all your employee's 1 on 1. Either they will respect your authority as their boss, and this isn't a democracy, or you will gladly accept their resignations. You will be able to replace them. You should hire a professional office manager who can interview and hire a professional staff for you. However, you need to make it very clear to all new employee's that you are their boss and what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior in the office. Cut your losses before it's too late.

I have met Dianne many times. She is a very pretty Woman in person and in fact, is very beautiful with little or no make-up. She also carries herself extremely wella and is classy and elegant. This is a Reality Series people... Hello! Of COURSE there will be Drama! Dianne York would not have become such a successful business woman if she were not a saavy and intelligent person. It saddens me how many people whom have never seen her, much less met her can be so judgemental and cruel. Does it really make you feel better to say mean spirited things about another human being? Shame on you.

She had the campiagn in the bag. She is the only young girl image in the main Addicted to Beauty cast. Did you consider that going inhouse to find the image for the skin line would him huge amounts of money in contracting a professional spokes person? Smart man . . .

Did you see her "before" pics? Now she looks grotesque. She looks like a mad scientist's experiment gone horribly wrong.

Does Dr. Lee know that his office is in Carmel Valley not La Jolla?? If La Jolla is so great then he should relocate his office close to Diane's ex-husband. I think it was a huge mistake for Dr. Lee to contract with Diane, even if he did not do her surgery she is still representing his office/practise. Poor business judgement!!!

After watching tonight's show I feel that the decorator, (not designer because she placed furniture and accessories) a was disrespectful to Natasha and Dianna. It's ok for her to disagree, but if you want repeat business you have to treat the client(s) with tact and win them over. I would never use her again.

I wish Dr. Lee could see these blogs and see how Dianne is so disliked. She told Natasha to be a team player, but she certainly is not a team player. What the hell does she do anyway, besides bitch all the time at everyone. The spa would run alot better if she weren't there. Dianne's clothes are way too tight for someone her age. They don't make her look any younger, just ridiculous. They should throw Dianne out and start over.

She has totally had to much plastic surgery and there is certainly professional help for people like her and I think she should be the first to step outside the box and GET THIS HELP. She has an attitude and I am totally in agreement that this photo must have been her before the surgery as it sure as heck does not look as she does NOW. Dianne needs to chill out. All she does is criticize her staff and argue about how to run the business. Shannyn was brought on to run the office- let her do her job. Dianne needs to realize she doesnt "know it all" and should start listening to other peoples ideas.

if only she looked like she does in this photo, which is either retouched or blurred to hide the plastic look. I agree with the lady from Texas, She has had way too much plastic surgery, and her face looks like Priscilla Presley's. Shame, seems like she must have been really beatiful at some point, since she has a nice nose, eyes and shape of face. The skin is pulled way too tight.. seems like she cannot move her lips, and the eyes are pulled up too far like Joan Rivers. If I were Dr. Lee, I wouldn't want her as a person in the office representing his work(although I gather he didn't do it, as a potential patient or client, that is what I would assume).. I frankly don't know if there is anything that can be done once one is overdone.. Perhaps doing nothing further for a few years, and when there is enough skin to work with - redoing some of it. This is what Bruce Jenner just did after ruining his face with overdone surgery - it relaxed over the years, and a really great surgeon fixed it. He looks so much better now. I am a big fan of plastic surgery, botox and other injectibles as long as they are proved safe(not like the old silicone ones, which were dangerous and looked awful).. I have had a lot done myself, but I thoroughly check out ever doctor, ask to have previous patients contact me(those that volunteer to of course, and if the doc is any good - they will).. so I can discuss their results and satisfaction - and I will be the biggest advocate for the doctor if I am happy. I don't understand why people in the Hollywood area - so many of them - wind up with horrible results so often - a reputable surgeon will, if you ask them for things you don't need and will not make you look better but worse - send you to see a psychologist and not do any surgery on the person. I can only assume(as must have been the case with Michael Jackson for example) these people have a form of body dismorphic disorder - and just go from surgeon to surgeon until one does what they ask, no matter what the results might be - for the money.. Really, can you imagine being a doctor and agreeing to deform someone? Scary..

Dianne, do you have a formal business plan to share with Shannyn where purchases, events, expansions were all layed out in advance and aproved, it would certainly prevent many conflicts and improve communication lines.

I fully support having some plastic surgery but I think you look too plastic.

dianne, i think you and your staff would have an easier time with you if you would COMMUNICATE with them. i see that as a big problem between you and shannyn, as well as the rest of your staff. for example, ordering cosmetics promo stuff and station: this is something you should have discussed with shannyn beforehand.

Diane I so don't understand why you allow Shannyn to speak to you the way she does..She has absolutely no respect for you..Man up woman and show that one who the boss is or the door.

I totally agree with Janis. I think Diane has had TOO much surgery, injections, etc. However, I think her BIGGEST issue is that she seems to "play" at work. She appears to have absolutely NO business and/or any managerial/leadership skills. Because she is SO lacking in business skills, she should rely on her staff to do their jobs which they seem to be competent at and BUTT out. She acts like a rich wife sticking her finger in with no expertise and now NO RICH HUSBAND to back her. Dianne grow up, get corrective plastic surgery so you stop looking like a plastic lion and take some business classes so you can actually run your business properly and have a clue when talking with your staff. It's obvious you have no clue what it takes to do the day-to-day nitty gritty work of a business.
