You said you don't wish her ill will and yet your entire message is full of ill will. I'm looking at these because I'm trying to understand Dianne. She has been very disrespectful of me. She refuses to honor a $500 gift card that she, not her husband, issued to me. She rude and seems unhappy. After reading what many of you La Jolla women write, I get a sense that all though she seems to lack integrity, honesty and morals, she live in an enviroment of hate. Makes me kind of feel sorry for her and all of you who do not appear to know what life is really about.

If I walked in Dr. Lee's practice considering a facelift and saw you, I would run for the door. He should seriously reconsider working with you, people may think he did all of the damage to your face. At the end of the day you still look like a 50 something year old thats been pulled, stretched and plumped.

Women in La Jolla are proud, classy and cultured and you do not represent US! Isnt it true you are not originally from La Jolla but you were brought her by your husband, or ex husband I should say. You are ruining the scenery please leave La Jolla. Furthermore stop having and BEGGING people to attend your parties and fund raisers. The word is out no one is interested in associating with you anymore. YOU ARE A THIEF, it has been years coming but you asked for it. You know exactly which fundraisers I am referring to. Now let the crocodile tears roll down the plastic cheeks. I like the show and I'll continue to watch for more of Dr. Lee's successful surgurical procedures.

Fact: Dianne's staff; Shannyn, Natasha, Ronnie, Gary ALL came from La Jolla Spa MD. Dr. Lee combined his company "Changes" with Dianne's new company only after she was kicked out of La Jolla Spa MD. Its so unfortunate that Dr. Lee and his staff are getting bad publicity because of Dianne's staff and lack of training. The only two staff members I could see working for Dr. Lee would be Natasha and Ronnie. Dianne is worthless and she should marktet her product online so you dont see her face in person! Dianne seriously, if you want to sell your product maybe you should consider a different model other than yourself... SUGGESTION, maybe you should use Natasha's face.

I can't help but to see that underneath it all you are troubled, unhappy & dealing with alot of emotional trauma. Bringing your life to the public in a show like this, are you prepared for all the rude and harsh comments and criticisms? If I am right about you dealing with emotional insecurities & so forth, this won't help you any. I agreed with you on your suggestions to your employees to improve their appearance with the exception of Natasha. She brings warmth, sanity and plainness (in a good way) to contrast everyone else's complex and vain personalities. I would expect more to see her in neutral, soft makeup. Not overdone. But since you are the boss, that's reason enough to be the biggest bitch :-)

Everyone on the show is scary. I wouldn't want any treatment performed in that office. Dr. Lee may have skills but geeeezzz all of you are taking the company down. You all act as if you are in High School. Open House was a joke in itself. All of you lack integrity, morals and values. Oxygen should be ashamed to represent all of you. This should be a RED FLAG to anyone that wants CHANGE themselves...YIKES....!

Commented on Shannyn's blog that she is completely rude and disrespectful to you. She belittles you in front of your staff like a child in front of a parent. I would have fired her by now. She clearly does not respect you by the comments she makes - you are late for a meeting and she snaps at you... you are the hand that feeds her. Told her she looks like a plastic doll - not in a good way - she's lucky to be taken seriously in terms of a job and you gave her one. She needs to re-evaluate her honor. Gary needs to go! Your lips could be a little smaller and more natural they look a little crazy.

This show is like watching a train wreck. You don't want to watch, but can't help it. Dianne used to be a beautiful woman. I have been a customer at La Jolla Spa MD. She looks like a freak now...those chin implants, pulled eyes and balloon lips....very scary! As other posters have pointed out, they keep showing shots of La Jolla...even making it look like a couple of the employees are taking a break and walking along La Jolla Cove....what a joke...they would have to walk 10 or 12 miles from Carmel Valley to take a walk at the Cove!

OMG..This women looks like the Jocelyn Wildenstein, the lion lady. What ever happen to growing old gracefully!?!? She has so much stuff injected in her face, she may pop like a pimple anytime now! this show is so scripted, its all fake and not a real portrayal of La Jolla at all. You are the kind of person who puts a bad name (snobs and unappreciative people) to this amazing town. Your company is in Carmel Valley...rep that town and not LJ, move there and out of Lj.

I WATCHED THIS SHOW FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT. I WAS SHOCKED. FIRSTLY, CHANGES IS NOT IN LA JOLLA, IT IS IN CARMEL VALLEY. SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU KEEP SHOWING SHOTS OF LA JOLLA. SECONDLY, I WAS QUITE SHOCKED AT DIANE'S APPEARANCE. I ALWAYS SEE HER PHOTOS IN THE LA JOLLA LIGHT AND SHE LOOKED VERY ATTRACTIVE. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE HOW OLD SHE REALLY IS AND HOW MUCH PLASTIC SURGERY SHE HAS HAD DONE. SHE SHOULD BE CALLED THE CAT WOMAN OF LA JOLLA. I AM SURPRISED AT DR. LEE AT HAVING THESE PEOPLE WORK WITH HIM AT HIS PRACTICE. I CAN'T SEE THEM IMPROVING YOUR BUSINESS AND INCREASING REVENUE, ONLY RUINING IT.

I think too many are being cruel about you and others without giving proper criticism. I will agree and say that you do appear to have gone overboard w/botox..who cares if a few wrinkles show, it proves you have lived. I can see you along with Shannyn are uncomfortable in your own skin, whether it be self esteem issues or confidence, you really do not need to do so much harm to your body. OMG, I have just reviewed pictures of Dianne and she absolutely was stunning! The operative word is "WAS"! Her eye job and fillers, botox and attitude are wayyyyyy over the top. How unfortunate Dianne...you can NEVER go back to the beauty you once were. SAD!

Dianne, unload that bunch of phonies you surrounded yourself with. They are all unprofessional and are making you look bad. Did you see the dig about your show in People this week. I give you 5 move episodes and you and Dr. Lee are going to part ways. You aren't helping him or yourself. Have Mel find and hire your staff, she's a serious professional. You seem like a lost lady, but a sweet lady. You really shouldn't talk to employee's about their personal looks.

First off STOP deleting my post, it is the truth you are hiding, I thought I lived in the USA!! ..... here it is again ............ While attending a laser and derm. conf. in Maui a few years ago, both Diane and her Ex Mitch were speakers. BOTH were extremely arrogant and rude to everyone who asked questions after their "talks" during the Q & A period. They directed this horrid behavior to both Physicians and staff members equally. I also stood next to them after a small live laser demo. they were asked a question with regard to a competing laser, rather than answer they turned their back on the person rolled their eyes and commented to each other about the educational standards lacking in the industry and walked away. This event was advertised an educational conference with attendees present to learn and improve the Medical Spa industry. Clearly it was only created to deposit money into the Goldman's accounts, as well as give forum to their lack of manors and basic etiquette skills. Discussed by vendors and attendees alike during the week was the clear disgust of all in attendance regarding their behavior. The ex-Mitch even went as far as to chastise a fellow speaker during a live procedure saying he would never allow a family member of his to go out in public, "looking like this" he was referencing the minor sun damage the fellow speakers sister had on her face. What a sad sad joke as we have ALL witnessed the effects of the "improvements" he so highly touted on the face of his wife. Sadly the media under the guise of entertainment has given further license to Diane. It is human to watch/witness; auto accidents, train wrecks, even at times the nightly NEWS, most honorable people if present remove the victims from harms way, not lure them further into the tragedy and consider it entertainment. I do hope Dr. Lee has his eyes open, it appears at present it is only his pocket book. ( For the record I am not against surgery, plastic or otherwise, nor am I against any inject-able for enhancement purpose. I have been a sucessful Patient Educator, Speaker, and Director of a Medical Spa in Washington State, I've been involved in this industry for over 15+ years)
