The show is called "Addicted to Beauty"! An addict does not know how or when to stop! Therefore, your rude insults probably mean nothng to her. In one ear out the other. I challenge Dianne to look at Dr. Li’s blog dated August 18, 2009. He has a business to run and know in this economy that there are some highly seasoned individuals across the country that can move the Dr. to the next level. It's really unfortunate for the Dr. as he really seems like a great guy and compassionate physician.

I know for a fact that Dianne has won many beauty titles. Her mother even enrolled her in a beauty contest before she was one year old; and she even won that contest!! She has been a true beauty throughout her entire lifetime.

WOW!!! I cant believe all the rude comments! If Dianne were ugly, youd be picking on her for that, she goes and has some plastic surgery and you pick on her for that. This show is a reality entertainment show meant for entertaining! I didnt think it was absolutely rude the way she spoke to her employees, she never once said, Wow Natasha, youre ugly, go do this and this or Ronnie, try not to be so gay here at work. She went about it in a graceful way, maybe a little more harsh with Shannyn but theres really no nice way to say to fix your teeth lol. I do think Shannyn took that pretty hard and its where a lot of their fights seem to be stemming from. I dont like Dianne but I dont dislike her either.

Honey, nobody is perfect, and there is no such thing as great genetics either. Everyone dies one day of cancer, or some health problem for the most part, so having great skin isn't really the issue here... It's lifestyle, and Dianne's lifestyle is not something most people can afford. I don't care if my esthetician has a pimple, she or even possibly that one single he should just cover it if it's that much of a distraction.

I also work in a Medical Spa, and what Diane did was not that uncommon. We are constantly judged by our clients. If I don't wear my make up, or have a zit, or I gain a little weight, my customers notice. How can we expect them to do what we tell them to do when we look like crap ourselves? So we must look our best at all times. If I tell you u need a certain skin care product to help your skin condition when my face is covered in acne, why would u listen to me?

I don't personally know anyone from this show, however I have watched every episode so far. From what I see Dianne is very rude and not nice at all to her staff. I was surprised to see that she did not fire Gary so maybe she has some heart in there somewhere but not much of one. As far as her talking to each of her staff about their appearance, that is TERRIBLE!! Who is going to talk to her about her appearance???????

Dianne...I am curious as to how you now feel after watching the show, as well as reading the blogs (all of them). Hopefully, you are embracing the reality of how people see you (physically), but more importantly how you treat people. What goes around, comes around and you have a big one about ready to land all over your fantasy land of plastic. The sad thing is that you are so clinically delusional regarding your persona that an alien mass could be living on your face and you would not even know it...oh...wait...there is an alien mass living on your face...

I have been bothered since the first episode when you said you had "No family". Is that why 50 first cousins, many aunts and uncles, etc. have never seen you at the family reunion? Many "family members" came and cared when your parents died. We understand what you were saying, "No children of your own", but that was by choice. I feel sad that you have made the choice to dedicate your life to superficial looks. Life has more meaning than "botox."

Business time is that if it ain't making money don't be doing it. You should be at work at least one hour before the store opens and at minimum one hour after hours. I know these shows are editied,but Diane does come off as an self centered DIVA,that does more shopping,getting beauty treatments, and looking for a younger man than growing a buisness. She has had successful endeavors before,but the show does not portray her as an successful buisness woman. I don't feel she has the 'respect" of her staff,because she "so far" has not shown herself to be professional. Maybe Dr.Lee's talk will be a wake-up call to her..Blowing off an appointment is NOT her staffs fault...it's hers!

I got botox about 4 months ago just around my crows feet at 40 and people coudn't tell the difference, because I take care of my skin and don't wear any makeup (or that much)!!! I am by no means trying to be disrespectful,but Diane doesn't look good at ALL. Too too much plastic surgery! it's not addicted to beauty when your look is the opposite of beauty...addicted to plastic surgery seems to be a better description. As far as your making suggestions to your staff,I feel you are well within your right to do so. I'm sure at one time you may have been a beautiful woman,but with all your procedures you remind me of the "joker" on batman.

I think that alot of these comments are tough to chew on. Fact is that you are trying to start a new business venture. We are all a bit perplexed as to why you have done so many procedures on yourself. It is your right and perogative, but honestly it doesn't look good for Dr. Lee to have you as the face of his practice. Did you get it done elsewhere? Are you happy with the results? I'm 57 and I've never felt more beautiful. Looking at the plastic disaster Diane, looking natural looks to me to be the most beautiful. She is obviously not aware of how hideous her plastic face comes off. How can people walk in and want what she has when what she has is so ridiculous looking?

Diane, you are the poster child for plastic surgery gone wrong. You border on cat woman with your face being pulled too tight and suffer from body dismorphia. You are the last person who should be in or near a plastic surgeons office. You have the right to discuss with your staff how they dress should it be inappropriate for the office but not one person was dressed inappropriatly. You are simply a petty littl woman who likes to nit pick at her employees because she is unhappy in her own skin. You need counseling to find happiness within yourself. Telling Natasha to wear more blush had nothing to do with the office and you know it. This is about your own unhappiness and you will find fault with whom ever works for you until you seek counseling to get your issues resolved.

You are their boss, that is the bottom line. I also think that your staff needs to look more professional. You look fine Dianne so don't let what people say bother you. But, I wouldn't do any more to your lips and cheeks, if I were you. And you really need to keep Shannyn in her place or get someone else. She is replaceable. This show is pure entertainment ~ My newest guilty pleasure. Regarding this ep I have to say that I agree with Dianne that we are judged by our appearance. That is especially true in the beauty/spa industry. It's just the nature of the beast. With that said I think that it's fair to say that Dianne's appearance would scare the holy hell out of me if I walked into Changes and thought that I would leave with the type of results that she is wearing on her face. It's overdone & it's not attractive. Enough is enough; and my dear - you have done enough. Dianne, it's high time that you think about getting some reverse-work done. I can see that you were a very pretty lady at one time. Now...well...(sigh) it's not natural. The way you look says alot about you. And in your case, what's being said isn't good.

The first and last time I will watch this show was when you were taking the employees in to tell them how they should look. You are the last person to tell someone how they should look. That would be like taking driving lessons from a guy whose has been in ten car wrecks, and him not even being a stunt driver. I only came on here to show my fiancee a picture of you because I thought it was so funny that YOU were telling people how they should look. Joan Rivers looks like she has had less work done, and Melanie Griffith's lips look better. I guess it just really proves that money can only do so much. You have to be born with something first before you can improve on it. From what I have seen, manners should be your next purchase. But on another note I would like to thank you for showing me what to much Plastic can do. I will not be getting any kind of surgery done to myself, I would rather look naturally old than a younger plastic version of myself.
