I think Gary grew as a person during the series. I was noticing that he didn't sink to Ronnie & Natasha's level of negative backstabbing even tho he was part of the three. Lots of positive things to say about Gary - I also liked the clip with his boyfriend - charming and entertaining. Maybe Gary would like acting on his time off (I guess he has time off now?) I think you were actually the only entertaining person on the show besides the two trannys(Shannyn and Dianne). Ronnie and Natasha weren't that fun to watch, and to be honest the show was a big mess. Gary, I'm surprised you are stabbing Natasha in the back! That girl has helped you with your work and covered for you so many times. She was constantly keeping you and Ronnie motivated by taking you aside and calming you throughout the storm. She has the skills of being a good leader if given the chance. Her and Ronnie could very easily have left you out of the mix when they wanted to cut Dianne and Shannon. You have skills yes. But, you're late for work, couldn't seem to keep the front desk organized with files out of sight (legal and ethical issues here!), have done some VERY unprofessional things at work and at the parties. You've been close to being fired a number of times. Natasha played interference for you so many times and you clearly don't appreciate it. I've changed my mind in supporting that the 3 of you should stay. Those two were willing to carry you with them if Dr. Lee agreed to the plan. I'm disappointed in you.

Gary, you should have been fired a long time ago. When you are paid to work you should actually work. You were lucky because if you had been anywhere else you would have been fired a long time ago. While at work you have to be on time, basically competent, actually do some work, and be an adult. Having meltdowns or crying fits because you are overwhelmed by everything or anyone is ridiculous. Leaving your work station to ask the busy doctor to give you free botox etc is a joke. No wonder Melanie was always angry at you. Always having an excuse for not doing your job wears thin very quickly. There are a lot of people out of work right now who would do anything for a job and would work very hard given the opportunity. Sometimes you do not get along with everyone at work. Do you run away or lose your temper...no..you suck it up and do your job. Most people are not happy on their jobs a lot of the time and put up with a lot. If you do not like it get a new one. But you are really going to have to start applying yourself. I never disliked you. I could see you really did not know how you come across or how to be in the workforce. Maybe people made things too easy for you etc but you need to take this time to learn how to improve. Hopefully where ever you end up you have learned from this experience and can grow. Good luck.
