Dianne knows I bring more money to the table than anybody else in the whole office.

I think it's important to recognize that even when I may come off as inappropriate -- or just crazy -- that it's all in good fun. People need to loosen up and realize you only live once, and to not take life so seriously. Go after your dreams, and don't let anything get in your way. It's important to take care of yourself, and be who you are. It's also important to remember that you’re irreplaceable, because you are you.

Gary is cute and funny...BUT his unprofessional behavior is inapprorpriate. While his antics may be good for TV,how many of his "fans" would actually hire him if they OWNED a business? Liking his personality is one thing,but it's not cute or funny when your co-workers have to do his job for him.
