I have finally had enough with Dianne, Natasha, Shannyn, and Gary’s continuous arguing. Now I am going to do something about it. I approached Dr. Lee and told him that this is it -- we can no longer stand by and let this behavior continue in our practice. I think I might have the perfect solution. I have decided to send them all to Boot Camp, this way they can learn to work as a team.

How is it that a boss who is subconsciously not a team player expect their subordinates to be a team. The team follows the leader & if the leader falls down the rest of them will too.
Season Two should be great. It will focus on you and Dr. Lee's great work without all the nonsense of Diana and her crew. I will kind of miss them though. Can't wait to see next season

I would love to employ you!! Tee, hee. I like your work ethics and especially love that you stand by Dr. Lee and have his best interest at heart. Kudos to you.
Keep Natasha and Ronnie. I believe they would be a good asset to Changes. You might want to send them to boot camp for their attitude and their lack of respect for their peers but other than that if you can solve that problem you should be fine. They have a fresh and bubbly look that we old people adore so much, okay, well I am not that old but almost. LOL>
You did great and you should dismiss Dianna and shaynne the first time you had a chance but you want Dr. Lee to take the lead so that was good
You are an awesome manager. I like the way you look out for the practice and everyone in it. They are ridiculous. Diane is not a great face of plastic surgery. If I saw her poster in Dr. Lee's practice I wouldn't go to him.

Please do not let this happen again to you and Dr. Lee's reputation.. Our city is too small, and he has worked too hard to build a REAL clinic.The show made things look unreal and very phony.Dianne and Shannyn did more harm than good to the practice. Alot of people think Dr. Lee did their surgeries.. Recover and move on !!!!!!
I think you should have taken care of getting rid of Diane a long time ago. She was dishonest, disrespectful of everyone, and just a self-absorbed freak in general. I noted in one of the episodes that the nail girl from downstairs pointed out emphatically that she did NOT want her lips to look like Diane's, and Dr. Lee was sure to point out that he did not do that to Diane. Well, that's a good thing, because I know everyone was praying that he had nothing to do with Diane's appearance. She was scary looking--just like something out of a cheap porn movie or B horror flick. Good thing that you all are dis-associating yourself with her. That should do much to step up the professionalism of your operation.

more solid effort. Gary and Dianne should have been gone LONG AGO!.Dianne was phony and Gary was
a useless drama queen most times, but seemed like
a harmless nice guy. You seemed like you didn't know how to have fun, laugh or take a joke when there were lite hearted times. Yes! be organized and professional, remember to have a balance in life too?.
I just watched the season finale...Getting rid of all five of those people will help your business. Why would Dr. Lee want his patients to see Dianne and have them think he was responsible for her freakish face. Is the show going to come back on any time soon? I will miss seeing you and Dr. Lee.
Melanie you are so AWESOME!! I wished you would've gotten rid of Diane. Natasha, Ronnie & even Gary are good employees, but when good employees have a poor supervisor they don't grow or mature, their negatives come to the forefront, which is what happened here. Diane took everyone DOWN with her!! PITY!! If Dianne were half of you, Changes would have been quite successful!!!
melanie, i understand your frustration with all the arguing, but if you notice, dianne and shannon are the one's causing it all. I think you should get rid of the two of them, then maybe find someone to help natasha, ronnie and gary carry out your buisness. i respect whatever you decide to do and i wish you the best luck in carrying out your buisness.
Mel: I can only imagine what you and Dr. Lee had to deal with especially all that tension. I work in medical software implementation and do alot of financial consulting and from what I've seen you have made me proud. Taking care of patients is key but it's also a business. Without the $$$$, then you can not provide quality care or increase ROI. I am a little concerned about DYG and her sense of business. She wants to brand herself but it's not going to happen if she continues in the manner presented in the show regarless of any production edits. I've seen it all with my work experience and there's an opportunity.
Great job in helping Dr. Lee make the best decisions for his patients and business.
Your levelheadedness is to be applauded. I hope you and Dr. Lee are successful in getting rid of ALL the SPA drama Queens - if you are trying to grow your business - their behavior is junior high level behavior and as a business owner none of them would last a week in my office.
DIANE SHOULD BE FIRED- period! Gary should go too. He's a little princess who barely works. Youth and/or looks will only get him so far and he best learn that lesson NOW.
Natasha made a common mistake of the young and that was taking her job seriously. Ultimately her care was about Dr. Lee's business as well. She came up with re-decorating idea and then was sidelined by attention wh*re Diane. She posed as face of Changes and again attention wh*re Diane tried to take over her moment to shine. She planned a Diane's party but then Diane had to grandstand and tell her not to come. It is too bad you and Melanie do not recognize what a great valuable employee she is. Look if she didn't care she would be like Shannyn who sold out to Diane after about 3 episodes. And listen I am not criticizing Shannyn because as you get older you start NOT to care and just do your job. BUT that is why a company full of Shannyns will go under with a Diane at the helm. The ship was sinking and the only one trying to bail out water and plug holes was Natasha. And you fired her for that! SHAME ON YOU.
Diane needs to go. Not only are her management skills in question but her face is one I would not want representing the services offered through my practice. She is pretty scary looking.
Mel, you are extremley level headed and know what it takes to run a business. I think you should have counseled Dr. Lee against ever bringing Dianne and her staff on board. I'm sure you could see this coming from day one. Much success to you and Dr. Lee.
We need more savvy and strong business women like you! You did right by Dr. Lee. He is a medical provider who probably doesn't have time to notice the behind the scenes of his practice. All of them deserved to be sent away. The two leaders led in the worst way, and the 3 kids they brought with them only produced havoc.

Take a look at all the evidence and maybe you and Dr Lee won't "through the baby out with the bath water". Natasha does respect you and so does Ronnie and Gary. They couldn't respect Dianne and Shannyn. Please go back and view the tapes and see what went on with the two high paid wenches. A trial run would be fair.

OMG Melanie! I feel so bad for you and Dr. Lee. Whose idea was it to merge with Dianne and the zoo? As it is, she's plastic surgery nightmare material! You don't deserve this and Dr. Lee is way too professional for this. What a joke!
