Gary, Gary, Gary! Where do I begin?

I really like Gary as a person, but his behavior at the Open House was embarrassing, selfish and uncalled for. Sometimes I wonder what Gary is thinking, but then again with the stunt he pulled he wasn’t thinking was he?

Gary doesn’t take into consideration how his actions affect the people in his surroundings and everyone suffers the consequences. And then there is more crying. I can’t stand the crying for no other reason than to get more attention.

Having Gary around is kind of like raising my children all over again. (I thought I was done with that.)

I liked your professinalism in addressing that situation immediately. But I liked Gary :-( he is so bubbly and full of life. He is a more feminine gay guy so that's problably the reason he is so sensitive. Just because he is phsycially male, we can't expect him to be super macho guy. After all, there's also women that will play up their whining and crying and they problably get away with it more. I think Gary just needs good coaching and he'll improve and do just fine. That other lady though on the other hand, Diane, I thinnk she is hopeless. While I like a villain in the story, I don't think she's good for business. In the end, if gary goes from the show, I think viewers will also go.

Melanie, you are the REAL glue that holds that place together. Keep them in line and I hope you leave the work there when you go home!

Melanie you are a real person and the best person on this show. You really shine, and look fabulous. I know Gary's rough around the edges, but I think he can learn and he has good interaction with the clientele. Also, he can sell products! You need to get control of all the other's, and Dr. Lee should tell Dianne and Shannyn that you make the personnel decisions. Those two ladies need to leave it in your more than capable hands.
