In all honesty, I don’t think that Dianne and her staff put in as much effort into their work as they should. When our employees come to work they are ready to actually work! They are not doing their hair and makeup. They also don’t pass their work on to other employees like Dianne’s employees seem to do. We are all adults working trying to make a living. There are times when I feel this place is more of a playground. I have spent many years with Dr. Lee making this one of the finest plastic surgery practices in San Diego and I can see that we are going to have our work cut out for us trying to keep things flowing smoothly throughout this experience.
