Dianne is turning their office upside down.

I have never heard of a boss ever getting bent out of shape for not being invited to an employees house. You didn’t see Dr. Lee or Mel getting upset for not being invited. I am very close to my family and always share stories with Ronnie, Shannyn and Gary and they wanted to meet my family. Dianne has never expressed that she was interested in meeting my family. My family is everything to me and I am not going to bring someone to family dinner who may start finding faults in their appearances and telling them what they need. Dianne would be shown the door quickly!! I saved her from any embarrassing moments.

When Dianne told me not to go to the VIP Pajama Party I was upset because she was acting like a child but on the other hand there are so many other things I would rather be doing than spending my free time at her house. She could have handled the situation a little differently…like one on one in her office. But Dianne likes to belittle her employees in front of one another. After Dianne had pushed me over the edge I went straight to Dr. Lee’s office. Dr. Lee and Mel did try to calm me down but I also believe that Dianne is turning their office upside down and does not know how to be respectful to her employees.

Lathough I sympathize with you as to Diane being harsh: she is your BOSS. I worked as practice Manager for a large practice on Long Island and if anyone acted like you...they would be gone in a second. Mel is giving you too many chances. What was up with you freaking out with Gary? Your stir up most of the drama and gossip. Beautiful you may be, but inside you need to soften up and not let Diane bother you. If this can't be done look foranother job. This is filmed so far in advance, for all we viewers know you are working somewhere else by now.

I don't think it was wrong of you to choose who is invited or not invited into your own home. Although Dianne is your boss... she is not your boss outside of the work place. If, she has a problem with what happened, all she had to do was talk to you about it. And ask you to invite her to your home from now on. At least give some consideration. So yea, your right! She could have handled it so much better. But, you know... Natasha you could be more professional in your blogs and not rat out your boss. Because, that is not handling things well either. Anyway! I have not watched the show that much at all and I am just going off of what you are saying. ::shrugs:: So take this however you want.

Millions of working people are offended by their bosses everyday,but those that keep their jobs understand the chain of command. maybe Dianne's hanging pout with her staff,has made you feel you tow are peers instead of what you really are..Employer (Dianne) employee (you). Your going to Dr.Lee (Dianne's peer)was inapproriate. You can't change Dianne,nor can you challenge her authority. You are not in a position to do either. Just be the best "worker-bee" that you can be, or quit!

You need to be more convencing in your blogging. If you've never heard of a boss getting upset in that situation two things could be happening: 1) You are B-S-ing us and you knew exactly what you were doing. 2) You seriously lack experience in the corporate secter. OR BOTH OF THE ABOVE!

Natasha you have every right to decide who gets invited to your home. The only advice I have to tell you is that you need to respect the position, (CEO) not the person. Just learn as much as you can and take that knowledge to your next job. Let her throw trantrums. Just stay cool and LEARN THE BUSINESS and when you just can't take it anymore leave the Spa and wish them well. Please, handle yourself with class. Always be respectful no matter what. This beauty business is a small community and eventually your name will be mentioned. Let it be said you know how to conduct yourself in any situation. Stop the resentments, the yelling, and the whinning. (I'll get off my soapbox now)

Natasha, you very well might be the most balanced person on Dianne's staff. Actually, the practice would be better served if you managed Dianne. Congrats on being chosen to promote Dr. Lees makeup line. Watch out for the haters and DO NOT let them make you lose who you are.

Natasha, you have controlling issues and you should tone it down for the sake of holding onto your job. It would be a shame if you lost your job there, because I enjoy watching you on the show. But you can be a bit spoiled too! However, I agree that Dianne could have handled her part differently. She comes off a bit too strong and when her authority feels threatened, despite the fact that all of you agreed on the same thing for the party, but because it didn't sit well to HER liking and you challenged her on it, oh baby, she wasn't having it. Thus, your invitation went out the window. There is no “majority rules” in Dianne’s book. You know how she is -- it has to be her way, so don't trip.
