I think you should have maybe complained about Diane a little less (i know it would be hard cause shes a crazy btch) and done something like show dr lee your comitment like present your own plan for the spa to dr lee after Diane failed. that last episode was painful to watch i just wanted to jump right in and back you up!!!

Natasha you really showed no professionalism with the yelling and screaming and tantrum throwing in the workplace. Regardless of the stress that you were under and the obvious disconnect with Dianne as your boss that behaviour whether justified or not would never be tolarated in any business. There is a way to make yourself heard and calling your boss a bitch (again something to keep to yourself) or rallying others to join you in ganging up against the boss is something best left for the school yard. If you want to be taken seriously then find some manners and respect for others which will only make you look better, not like the backstabbing, silly twit. If this is a joint practice I believe that the entire staff should have their input on how to generate the revenue and not just one side. I belive you have more intelegence and more knowledge of the business then any of the crew. Hey I like you on the show and I thought you did your best and Dianne was a type of person that just don't care about no one but her self and she doesn't take responbilities. Only thing is next time you should keep a record of all you do and be more prepare when talking to someone about your former boss. dont forget that this show like all other less than real reality shows is highly edited. sad to say like real housewives seires thease shows only represent a small percentage of what san diego is really like. and by the looks of it Dr lee has done the right thing by droping them all. Im reading a lot of comments that are saying what she did was disrespectful. However, I am starting to back her up...Im sick of a lot of CEOs and supervisors and people in higher positions treating employees in the lower positions like crap. They abuse their power and its happening more and more. Maybe if people stood up for themselves more, this wouldnt happen. I feel like Dr Lee should have stepped in at one point, Im disappointed he chose to look the other way or take it as them "bashing" Shannyn and Dianne. Employees need protection and often times, the higher ups ignore the problem. In the end, Natasha was the only one looking out for herself and so she spoke her mind. I dont agree with ALL of her behavior and I do think a simple turn of her attitude would have helped things in a big way, but Dianne hiding that makeup was the last straw and someone needed to tell her what was what.

Ok guys, here's the scoop! I did a simple background search as I too was wondering how old Dianne is. She is ONLY 46 years old! I am 46 years old and that woman seems WAY older than me! To have that much plastic surgery by that age is unbelievable to me. The most ANY woman should need by that age is a bit of filler and maybe laser for smoothing. For some reason, I thought she was in her late 50's because of all the work she's had done and just her whole persona. Weird huh? Anyway, just thought you would all get a kick out of it. Dianne doesn't want to reveal her age, but by telling her last names, it took 2 minutes to find out. What a clueless woman she is.

Although many would agree with me that you were, at times, insubordinate and gave major attitude to Miss Thing (shhhh...which she deserved!), I LOVED the fact that you stood up to her on many levels. Dianne in every office setting who thinks she can get away with anything because of their title, or because of which boss (I’m in the legal profession) she’s sucking up to who has clout which, in turn, will secure their position no matter what. So to you I say BRAVO! Irregardless of the consequences, you stood up for yourself and what you thought (and expressed) was right and fair. l would have gone off too, just as you did, by calling her a bitch to her face. I mean, after being "canned", what did you have to lose? In the few episodes I've seen, Dianne has had issues with you big time. I don’t know how you did it on a daily basis. It’s like going into a war zone Monday thru Friday. Who wants to work under such negative conditions? Our workplace is like our home-away-from home. However, you challenged her authority, questioned her motives, and even stood quiet when she claimed credit for your ideas (e.g. going out into the community to obtain clients), and you intimidated her with your presence because she knew that she couldn't pull the wool over your eyes (e.g., ask you to accommodate her with perks such as tan sprays, eyebrows tweezed, and whatever else she needed to be beautified, etc.), you were not the one to be f***ed with and deep down she knew it. She couldn’t control you. Your personality is way too strong for that and I’m sure that messed with her BIG time, as it usually does with people in managerial positions, as well as low self-esteemed individuals, etc. – you know the type). You are truly one to be reckoned with, she knew it, but unfortunately couldn't handle it. You were not her "patsy". And she had the nerve to pen YOU "Miss Entitlement"???? She is Mz. “E”, quiet as it was kept. The bottom line is, she's a snake in the grass. I've worked with people like her in the workplace that weren’t "my" boss, per se, but I understand because of the horror stories I’ve heard from others. She flips the script to claim that it was "our" idea only because what you put out there was “part of the team”, and then you’re not even given an honorable mention, nor a “thank you” that you deserved, and when your honest feedback on that note didn't sit well with her, she wanted you to pack it up and get out NOW!! I don't know at this point if there will be another season, all things considered from the finale (hope there will be ‘cause the show is good and I got into it – a little late, but it was good!), but in the meantime, if things don’t work out, move on mama, and make some “Changes” for yourself. For one, as much as you don't like Diane she is still your boss and she deserves respect. All 3 of you had zero respect for your bosses. I cannot imagine ever speaking to a superior that way. If you behaved the way you did at our company, you would not have lasted very long. Although Diane is a terrible boss, and not a very reponsible or pragmatic leader, you still have to learn how to manage your boss. You send mixed messages. One day you defend her, the next you're bashing her. So, your word is not believable. Take a course on business skills and your career might soar. Otherwise, why are you still working at the EA level? By the way, did you know that if you medle during a brain storming session you have involved yourself in the process? In the future, if you don't agree, just take notes. If your ideas are not being accepted or stolen, just pipe up and take notes. This way, when the person flops, you have your notes to back you up. You cannot convince someone by whining or roll your eyes, and even play the silent treatment. That is just reflected as a temper tantrum. Take a course on professional public speaking. I think that you have a 'good head on your shoulders' and have potential to be a good business person. I think that you were a salmon swimming upstream with Diane. You would never have been able to work with her, because she is jealous of any woman who has a brain. She also didn't like your age, beauty, or the fact that you reminded her of everything she isn't. In a nutshell, it was apparent that she resented you, and wanted to 'keep you in your place.' Based on the episodes it seems as though Dianne is irresponsible. She was not there the majority of the time during the beginning of the season due to a divorce. She constantly gets treatments done while at work which is unprofessional and finally she accused an employee of stealing merchandise when she had it and did not apologize. She needs some new management skills. Natasha, I think you are a great employee. Sometimes you attitude can get the best of you but you do your job. It would have been better for you to work at Changes Plastic Surgery without Dianne or another plastic surgery/Med Spa.

Natasha, I just adore you, Ronnie and Gary. You are the heart and soul of the spa. Without the three of you, not only would the place not be tolerable, the show would not be watchable. Both Diane and Shannyn are a mess (I don't mean in a good way) and would best devote their time hiding from public view. The reason Diane is so hung up on the "entitlement issue" I believe she is just projecting those issues on you because of her growing insecurity. That's just my opinion.

Natasha: I've been an Admin. Assistant for over 20 years, and I know - that once your boss starts complaining left and right and cannot find one thing right with you - the writing is on the wall. Dianne doesn't deserve you..you can do better. She has a problem with entitlement. I don't care how long she's been in the spa business, she missing in action much of the time, how professional is that. Things happen for a reason, and if Dr. Lee supported your firing and all of you are gone...I hope there is a Season 2 of ATB...it's his loss. I think he didn't stand up to Dianne one bit - and it's HIS practice! Dianne's surgery makes Mrs. Wildenstein pale in comparison...she doesn't look pretty, she looks weird. One suggestion, when being let go, don't say two words, leave all the talk up to the person letting you go. Dianne is a nasty woman and she looks it. May she be on dates with losers from now until the end of time.

You were right to be so upset but swearing at Diane was not the answer. By doing so you lowered yourself to the antics of Dianne and Shannon who both behave like elementary school bullies. You were right to go to Dr. Lee with your concerns but your presentation was very rough. Presenting him with civil, organized details about the way you have been mistreated is clearly the way to proceed. He is the ultimate authority at Changes. Without another avenue for dealing with conflict, Dr. Lee should be more sympathetic to your situation. Diane and Shannon are both unprofessional and incompetent as well as being a grotesque representation of the aesthetics of plastic surgery. Staff says volumes about a business. They say something powerful and negative about Changes....become a patient here and you could end up looking like the staff. SCARY! I absolutely think with some education to polish your skills you could run the spa. Ronnie does a good job as well and I think you make a nice team. Gary is hilarious but affectionately incompetent. He is fun to watch and is an asset to the show. Drama is good in reality TV but horror is not. Diane and Shannon need to be discharged yesterday. I am sure either one of them could find work in the adult film industry. Hang in there..I'm sure Dr. Lee will come to his senses or he deserves what he gets. I'm disgusted with the show and don't think I will watch again. Watching that pyramid of flesh scale down Diane's face while she slept with her EYES OPEN was just disgusting. Hey Natasha, The show just finished and Ir read all these comments. I have to agree when you went into Dr. Lee, you should have had a LONG compiled list of the issues you've had with Dianne and Shannyn. In fact, you all should have been making a log (hindsight is 20/20). Unfortunately, your argument wasn't strong enough for Dr. Lee to see that Dianne and Shannyn were so problematic. He made the right choice given what info he had to go by. Having said that, I think it would be a good idea to see if Dr. Lee would consider hiring someone outside to handle some of the business aspects you might not be familiar with at least for the interim until you are trained. I hope you can get another chance to state your case again once after having some proper preparation. It's clear that Dianne is a scatterbrain, unorganized, high maintenance lady with no real people skills. And she doesn't know how to empower her employees. Shannyn isn't a whole lot better, but at least she is more organized and professional. I don't agree that you would turn on Dr. Lee and his staff. They are professional and know how to manage employees. If it wasn't for you Natasha CONSTANTLY having to motivate the two guys, things would have been TONS worse. Unfortunately, Dr. Lee and his staff don't get to see how much you have had to smooth things over in the office. I'm surprised you haven't blown up before now! One of the tough things to realize when working for someone who doesn't have enough attention at a job is that it will fall back on you. As soon as someone realizes their boss is making big mistakes like not having their head in the game and properly planning a party or buying more than they can sell in inventory, it's time to get out. Especially when that person won't take responsibilities for their actions. I've been there and made the same mistake, however, Dr Lee was right about not being able to trust someone who goes against their boss without a higher person coming to them first. Big mistake. When you are put incharge of something, you are accountable for every process, units, and day to day running of job. If something disappears the BUCK STOPS WITH YOU,(that doesn't mean you stole it).
