Dr.Lee, I love your show. It's better than Dr.90210. I believe you should do what you feel is BEST for your Business. You havn't made it this far by making the wrong choices. "YOU GO DR.LEE

Dr. Lee, do you really believe that you need Dianne to have a successful practice? You might become more exclusive and increase clientele if you cut your ties...Dianne is popular for who she was, not who she is. Build your business on your skill, not on a dated and plummeting reputation.

I'm sure Dr. Lee agrees with the comments, but we have to remember..once you agree to do a show and sign a contract you have to make the best hand you can with the cards you were dealt till the clock ticks down to the end!

Dianne is the boss she can run her practice anyway she wants. I can't stand my boss sometimes but I can't tell him what to do. Natasha and Shannyn are insubordinate and need to SIT their lower level asses down UNTIL they OWN a business!!!!!!!

I agree that Natasha gets her work done, but she ALWAYS needs to keep dianne in the loop. Wouldn't you want to know what is done in your name? Natasha gets offended whenever Dianne asks for details - now that's just childish on her part.

Hey Oxygen Network! Get rid of the circus freaks and do a show on plastic surgery. This has to be one of the all time dumbest shows I've ever seen, but I have to keep watching because I'm so intrigued with the actual plastic surgery part of the show.

First--I like the way you always compliment the patients before you tell them what work they should have done. I think that probably helps them feel more at ease. Second-Sorry, I just dont think Dianne is the problem. She seems to have a good heart and good intentions and her staff are constantly talking down to her or about her. They are the ones who should go.

By the way-I AM a Plastic Surgery Nurse and I think that Natasha is great. I would get rid of Diane! Natasha acts that way out of frustration if you ask me. I love Gary and think most of the other staff are a hoot! It must be fun working there. I would love it!

Dr.Lee- If I saw Diane prior to coming in to your office, I would NEVER come. She looks awful! I would get one who looks beautiful, like Natasha, to represent you. Luckily your reputation preceeds you. Diane is a Goldie Hawn big lipped mess!

First and foremost amazing work you do do Dr. Lee. I am a huge fan of you and the miracles that you perform and how you make people feel. You have a definite persona that really makes people feel welcome and comfortable with you. So heres props to you :) I dont know if it so much to do with Natasha causing all the problems as she would not be saying or doing the things that she does if Dianne would not allow the rest of the staff to talk to her in that manner as well. Natasha is not the only one to do this however since the is the one that speaks up the most she is the one that is talked about as being the "problem" I think that the problem is much deeper then just one or 2 staff members it starts at the core, who is dianne. I think that all the staff contribute something to the company (although I love gary however i always have a hard time figuring out what exactly he contributes but a lot of drama each show, lol) i think that they could all work together efficently if they had the right type of structure. if that doesn't evolve then it is definitely doomed.

I own a medical spa and think the ideas the staff come up with are great... however- Dianne really is the problem. I am impressed with her line of make-up but really... anybody can do that you just have to be willing to pay the money and brand a product. Not that there is anything wrong with that. There does have to be some drama to keep people watching but Dianne really isn't very professional. I do think VIP should get a little extra but at the end of the day.. it's your regular people who continue to come in for small regualr treatments that pay the bills cause those that spend a big chunk at once.. don't need to come back for a while...just my opinion

I feel sorry for you because your business is ruined by idiotic employees. I would have fired half of them by now.

I don't know how you expect to maintain a professional atmosphere with Dianne and her group of characters. Shannyn is the only professional on the spa side. natasdha may be good at her job.but her disrepect for Dianne is unacceptable. I don't know what Gary does,but he seems to stay above the drama. Gary is a clown,and I have yet to see his value to any business. Dianne is the ring master of this circus. She may have connections,but is it worth it????? Of course without them it would be a boring TV show. Your staffs professionalism only highlights how unprofessional Dianne and her misfits are.

The drama is all from Natasha...she is NOT a manager, she is insubordinate...a tattle tale....a gossip. Diane may be strange, but she is the boss of the spa team and Natasha bashes her constantly LOUDLY. Who cares if she leaves, wouldn't peace be a great gift? I love you!! I love how you thank all your patients for coming in!!!

Yes, its me again. The clients are so lucky, they come in, are entertained by the staff (they are funny) and come out with a new face. Several weeks later they are gorgeous. For some of us who cant afford a face lift, we have the consolation of knowing if wrinkles were a Terminal Disease we would have been dead years ago. I would love to look like Dr. Lee, who by the way admits to having "some things done" I just would like to look more femme than he does and maybe poutier lips. As it is I stay out of the wind so all the loose skin doesnt catch the breeze and I blow away. How boring this show would be without a 'contraversial staff' and yes, Diane does look a little overdone, although I would love to look like her on Halloween. Nough said!

The show is just that, a show. The only real part is the fantastic plastic surgury which is totally facinating. Dr. Lee is tops in his field, the cast could use some Botox in the brain. I want a face lift but cannot afford one, if I could afford one I would never want to look shiny, pumped up and like a department store dummy. The best look is to not look like you had anything done, just look better. The show is hilarious and I am green with envy on some of the after client photos. If I could sell my husband for any kind of money, I would be at Dr.Lee's doorstep when he opened. In the mean time I buy Industrial Strength Wrinkle Cream in a 55 gallon drum, dump it in my bathtup and jump in. I look kind of rubbery when I get out of the tub and I fall down a lot.

I don't know that I would completely get rid of the spa team, but Dianne is a HOT mess. She's obviously bipolar (I work in mental health and can see it in the show--she talks, then doesn't realize what she's said--then turns and denies saying whatever she's called out on). I think she is the root of your drama. I think that Natasha (sp?) and Ronnie have a lot to offer...and frankly, Gary is just for TV...he's clueless and made some poor woman look like bozo the clown. Might want to down-size, focus on oversight of the spa end with Mel...or even allow natasha take it over. Shannon (sp?) could also take over diane's spot in a heart beat.... So Dianne could be off and focusing on what she truly cares about, her makeup line. Considering she is NOT educated in the field, nor a dermatologist or other skin-care professional...I don't think it'll go far.

I appreciate Dr. Lee trying to take his business to another level. However, Dianne should have had to interview for the contract or something. I think she and her staff would work fine, but they need some tuning up. First, Dianne needs to take business classes so she will know what duties belong to which job descriptions and stick to it. If it is Shannyn's job to run the business, then let her do the job you hired her to do. If that means she needs to watch the money coming in and going out of the spa side of the business, then that means you need to COMMUNICATE with her when you think a large purchase needs to be made. Second, Dianne needs to develop better interpersonal skills. If she cannot maintain effective working relationships with her staff, how can she expect them to work well together. I could go on and on about Dianne's lack, but I won't. Dr. Lee, you seem to be a savy business man. Please start making some suggestions to Dianne about how to make this work. I do have to admit, the drama makes for great, guilty pleasure TV, but bad for business. Also, do you make the staff pay something when they come in and beg for filler? If not, set some boundaries.

Diane has no clue whats she is doing if she dont ever stand up and say she is the boss and this is how it is or ur gone .. the drama wont stop.. everyone is fighting over who is boss and they all want to be boss and if diane dont stand up things wont change. What if this happens in front of a customer or if they r talking behind co workers backs outside the office.. what rep is that making. Anyways everyone is a great workers they just need a visable stong leader.

dianne has no idea how to run her buss. or her staff- what in the world were you thinking when you decided to do buss. w/this woman??? - she is way too much drama- while i agree w/you about her staff is a little bit on the wild side- you should take your staff- ronnie and natasha and RUN !!!!

Please get rid of the person causing the problems. Hint - she's the same one who came running into your office wanting you to back her up. Dianne is the owner of the Spa side of the business, not Natasha. Sometimes in a group of people there is that one person who has no idea what TEAM WORK means and hides a very passive aggressive personality behind a faux pleasant personality. In your office that is Natasha. Have Dianne ditch her and you will see how much less friction there is in the office.
